DESCRIPTION

LIOLAT is a line of vacuum dried powdered milk fudge and condensed milk, with flavor similar to the traditional product.

Ideal for formulations with no added flavorings, where there is an expectation for clean label and applications that demand ingredients with low moisture.

As it is powdered, it may be stocked at room temperature and it is possible to make a more precise measurement.
